A personal note from Trisha
So often clients say to me, “Does this pain ever end?” My answer is yes, absolutely. How do I know this with such certainty? Because I have been there. I lived my pain, then traveled to the bottom of my despair and emerged free from the past, free to live life fully. You can do this too.
My story
I came from a physically, emotionally, and verbally abusive childhood. At a young age, an observer part of me decided, “There is no one there for me. I am going to have to take care of myself”.
To survive, to try and avoid future pain, I put in a coping structure and defense mechanisms that distorted my reality, my feelings and my personal relationships with others and myself. These core traumas and resulting decisions set in a pattern of behavior that impacted the remainder of my life.
My journey toward healing began the year I was 17 and became a subject for research for regression therapy. Moving on to study communication and psychology, I graduated from university and then married and had 2 children.
At 40 I began to teach classes and had a private practice focused on regression therapy.
Working with clients, working on myself, I soon realized that one modality was not enough. We are multidimensional beings functioning on many different levels at any given moment. So I explored different methods.
Although I did not know it at the time, I was pioneering an entire new paradigm for healing.
I learned from my clients and students. I learned from my own hard work and healing. I learned from life. People recognized that these methods were unique and had not been done before. They began inviting me to present lectures, seminars, and keynote speeches at conferences and this in turn led to training people to use this method around the world.
True Healing
“A true healer does not heal you; she simply reflects back to you your innate capacity to heal. A true teacher does not teach you; she does not see you as inherently separate from her. She simply reflects back your own inner knowing, and reminds you of the vastness of your being. She is a mirror, a signpost. And love is the space in which all of this is possible.”

Trisha’s Approach
Over the years I continued to develop this body of work, which I now call Integration Therapy. The effectiveness of my own healing process and my client success stories showed me over and over again that this approach truly WORKS to create deep and permanent healing.
Therapists I have trained around the world are now using this method, and they often report that it is the most powerful tool they frequently use for deep healing. This is why I am so passionate about sharing this work and training more practitioners to use it.
Now you have an opportunity to use these unique tools to help your clients experience deep and profound healing in your private practice.
You have the opportunity to go deep and fast into your own pain and accelerate your own healing.
I have learned to trust absolutely, and to completely respect the process of each individual person.
I have witnessed the unfolding of the true self in others through this approach. Freedom of choice is always possible.
