OVERVIEW
Integration Therapy
This is about wholeness — becoming the authentic self.
What is Integration Therapy?
We are multidimensional beings with many levels of awareness, ego states, patterns and life events active at any given moment in time. We also have an innate drive towards wholeness, integration and balance. When there is disharmony, states of imbalance and disease are created.
Integration work allows the therapist to position a client to explore deeper parts of the psyche.
It focuses on experiential and in-depth processes that allow the client to heal and release the emotional and attitudinal patterns that unconsciously influence their present physical, mental and emotional behavior in negative ways.
The methods are client-centered and non-judgemental, using a variety of tools and modalities that are needed at the moment.

How we teach therapists
Our Approach to Therapy and Training
When you learn this methodology of Integration Therapy, you will strengthen your ability to help a person go deeply into their own experiences using respect, safety and compassion for the person. A basic theme is to do your own work so you can stay in your center, connect with the client and at the same time hold the space to allow the client their own, total experience.
This is a grounded, non- judgmental therapeutic approach to healing. This work is deeply transformational and spiritually transcendental. Therapy is about movement …. physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Therefore, we are constantly working with energy. When trauma occurs, energy becomes blocked, distorted, repressed or impacted, usually on multiple levels. A skilled therapist must know how to return to the cause and locate where the trauma is being held. Then to help the client release this energy from the body, express and heal the emotional response, and reprogram the mental conclusions that are now outdated.
Regression Therapy Techniques
Regression therapy techniques are a key component of the Integration Therapy model. Healing and protecting your own inner vulnerability, you can protect the vulnerable parts of another person during the process. The greater variety of skills you learn, the more you are able to help yourself and your clients transcend into wholeness.
What you will learn through our Training Programs
- To work quickly and deeply with the root cause of present time reactive behaviors, instead of the coping mechanisms, survival strategies and beliefs resulting from trauma.
- To understand and respect the client’s journey and the way they process.
- Advanced therapeutic methods as you experience your own understanding of yourself.
- How to accomplish and maintain highly professional and ethical standards.
Our Philosophy
As therapists and healing practitioners we are not the all-knowing “expert” for how another person should live their lives, or what their healing path should look like. We simply act as a compassionate guide that provides support and tools that people can use to take themselves wherever they want to go.
It is their journey. They know what happened to them and on some level, they ultimately know what they need to do to heal themselves.
“There is nothing to seek and nothing to find. You are already enlightened. And all the words in the world will not give you what you already have. The wise seeker, therefore, is concerned with only one thing; to become aware of what she or he already is, of the true self within.”
